THS1氣囊型減振器使用氣囊型空氣彈簧，以科學(xué)合理的設(shè)計(jì)使其在垂直和水平方向?qū)崿F(xiàn)基本的減振性能。

THS1 series is a basic pneumatic vibration isolator with bellows air springs,which is simple in design and provide basic isolation performance in both horizontal and vertical at low cost .




產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明：

THS1氣囊型減振器使用耐用性極強(qiáng)的氣囊型空氣彈簧，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，重量輕。

如需要較高的重復(fù)性精密，可將精密（土0.05mm)調(diào)平閥安置在減振器上，縮短設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定時(shí)間，保證平臺(tái)的水平性，也可使用普通平閥（精度土0.1mm）。

THS1減振器上裝有內(nèi)置型油阻尼, 搭載運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)的設(shè)備穩(wěn)定時(shí)間即可縮短，減振器剛性提升。




If higher level of repeatability is required, the precision leveling valve with repeatability of 0.05mm can be equipped with the vibration isolation system to shorten the settling time and ensure the stability of the platform. Standard leveling valve with repeatability of 1mm is also available.

THS1 pneumatic isolators incorporating the built-in oil damper can shorten the settling time of the equipment with linear stage, and increase the stiffness of the platform.
